1. About us. This website is operated by CV SHANTY MAHARANI BALI (“ATUSH”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Indonesia, with its business address at Jalan Umalas II No. 90, Kerobokan Kelod, Kuta Utara, Badung, Bali 80361, Indonesia.

2. Acceptance. By placing an order through this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, together with our Shipping & Orders, Returns & Exchanges, and Privacy policies.

3. Products. All items are handmade. Because each piece is made individually using natural stones, slight variations in colour, texture and size are inherent to the product and are not defects.

4. Pricing. All prices are displayed and charged in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Any other currency shown is indicative only. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price confirmed at the time of order applies to that order.

5. Payment. Orders are confirmed once full payment has been received. Payments are handled by secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your card details.

6. Order acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including where an item is unavailable, where there has been a pricing error, or where we are unable to verify the order details. In such cases any payment received will be refunded in full.

7. Delivery. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities or events outside our reasonable control. See our Shipping & Orders page for full details.

8. Returns. Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Exchanges policy.

9. Intellectual property. All designs, images and content on this website are the property of CV SHANTY MAHARANI BALI and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability in relation to any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

11. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
