Shipping

All orders ship from Bali (Indonesia) via DHL Express.

We normally process and dispatch all orders with 2 days of being placed if the item is in stock. Should the item not be in stock we will email you within 24-48 hours.
Once your item has been collected for delivery, we will send you an email with your tracking number.

Please note:
If your shopping cart contains at least one pre-order product that requires additional production time, then your entire order will be shipped when the pre-order product is ready.
If you want to split your purchase into several deliveries, then you have to place pre-order items separately from stock items and make 2 orders.

We ship fully tracked via DHL Express and orders from Bali to International Destinations usually arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on which country and how remote the location. The further distance from Indonesia, longer the delivery time.

INTERNATIONAL & TAXES DUTIES

Please be aware that if you are purchasing online from outside Indonesia, you may be charged custom duties and taxes. These duties and taxes are not included in the price of the goods and are not included in the overall shipping cost. Any customs or import duties are charged when the package arrives in the country of destination. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. For further information, we advise you to contact your local customs office.

In case that the customer refuses to pay VAT and import duties, and when the parcel is returned at the initiative of the transport company, ATUSH will not process any refunds.

ATUSH takes no responsibility for any delays in delivery time caused by customs of receiving country or shipping company.

LOST PARCELS & DELIVERY ISSUES

ATUSH cannot be responsible for any orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error. If we do not receive correct shipping information at the time of your order, we are not liable for any costs incurred to retrieve or resend your order or for any lost or irretrievable packages. Any delivery issues or lost packages are the responsibility of the customer. In the case of a lost package, we will do everything in our power to correspond with the respective couriers to retrieve your package or to file a claim for the value of the goods. Any extra costs incurred by ATUSH are the responsibility of the customer.
