Return & Exchange Policy

RETURN

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at atushjewelry@gmail.com with title “RETURN”.

Please include your information in the email:

  • Order Number
  • Order Date (MM-DD-YYYY)
  • Customer Name

Be kind to explain the reason you are not satisfied with the item and attach photos as a proof.

We’ll send you within 48 hours instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

ATUSH will only cover the cost of postage on returns if your order is faulty. We do not cover the cost of postage on returns due to dissatisfaction or a change of heart. When returning a serviceable order, the shipping cost will be deducted from the total refund amount.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges can be made on like for like products, i.e. if you require a different size. If another product is required then you will have to request a refund and follow the refund procedure. In the event of items being exchanged it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the return postage, any customs fees, and full postage of the exchange item back to them.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at atushjewelry@gmail.com.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to health regulations we are unable to refund or exchange on pierced earring.
Please note, all custom pieces are non-refundable.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

CHARGEBACKS AND BANK DISPUTES

ATUSH will do everything in its power to resolve the issue directly with the customer as per the policies above.
